We exclusively collaborate with US-based creators having a minimum of 100 followers and proficiency in producing good TikTok content. We avoid working with TikTokers who violate TikTok's guidelines or use inappropriate language. We routinely remove TikTokers who fail to stick by our Terms of Service.

The influencer buys your product with their own credit card, receives it via delivery, creates a TikTok video, and only after posting it for you and notifying us on the ViralBoost platform, they become eligible for a full refund 14 days later. The whole process typically takes 20-30 days from the payment date, and you are always protected against any return or refund issues.

Certainly, you have the option to decline the content due to an objective reason such as a violation of the rules or a technical error. You can not reject it because you simply did not like it.

Once the TikTok video has been posted, it cannot be edited or revised. However, if there is a technical issue or a violation of TikTok's guidelines, you can contact customer support via a chat bubble and request that the creator make revisions or create a new video.
